Since our launch in March of 2024, we have joined Killer Princesses on their journies with the support of multitudes of commanders.

In order to deliver a better gaming experience while tackling the new challenge of BCG (blockchain games), the operations team has worked tirelessly to build a sustainable operational structure with the players’ enthusiasm as the driving force.

Unfortunately, in light of recent changes to the market, we came to the conclusion that it would be difficult to continue providing services and maintaining development of the game at a level of quality that meets players expectations.

To all the commanders who loved this game and supported the Killer Princesses, we deeply regret the sudden nature of this announcement, and we sincerely apologize for being unable to prevent this unfortunate conclusion.

* End of new sales for Paid Lazuli and Paid Lapis.
(Lazuli and Lapis can be used up until service termination, whether they were purchased or obtained for free.)
* Discontinuation of ability to convert Hime Tokens to Paid Lazuli.
* Discontinuation of ability to convert Oshi Tokens to Paid Lapis.
* Restrictions on requests to exchange Hime Notes for Hime Tokens. (Cap based on Hime Notes owned and recent login activity.)

We will accept refund requests for unused Paid Lazuli, Paid Lapis, and Free Lapis during this time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
(Free Lazuli are not eligible for refunds.)
(Refunds for Paid Lazuli, Paid Lapis, and Free Lapis will be issued at a rate of 2 JPY (including tax) per item.)

To process a refund, you will need to provide your Player ID, Player Name, and Email Address.

You can check your Player ID and Player Name via the link that will be displayed when attempting to access the app anytime after 7/30/2026 (THUR) 15:00 (JST).

(You will not be able to check your Player ID or Player Name if you uninstall the app, so we suggest waiting to uninstall the app until after the refund process is complete.)
(If you do not submit a refund request within the above mentioned time period, you will be ineligible for a refund.)

■ Important Notice Regarding the Exchange of Hime Notes and Cryptocurrencies

Players will be able to continue exchanging Hime Notes for Hime Tokens until the service ends.

However, in order to protect the ecosystem from sudden market fluctuations and ensure as many users as possible have access to a stable trading environment, we will be implementing the following changes.

1. Exchange Limit
An exchange request limit will be implemented on a sliding scale based on the user’s Hime Note balance at the time of this announcement (5/28/2026 17:00 (JST)).

Additionally, in order to ensure that the limited resources are given to users who will continue playing until the end of service, players who have not logged in within three months prior to this announcement will not be eligible to exchange Hime Notes.

100,000 – 199,999: 5,000
50,000 – 99,999: 3,000
10,000 – 49,999: 1,000
1,000 – 9,999: 500
999 or under: 100

2. Market Value of Hime Tokens and System Limitations
The trading price and liquidity of Hime Tokens on DEX (Decentralized Exchange) and other similar platforms are determined by market supply and demand, and we cannot guarantee specific trading prices or successful transactions.
Depending on future market trends, the following may occur:

・Rapid price fluctuations or a decline in liquidity caused by market forces might make it impossible to execute a trade.
・The system might exceed its constraints (such as maximum capacity) due to extreme fluctuations in Token prices during rate retrieval. In the event that we cannot guarantee proper functioning of the trade system, we may be forced to temporarily or permantly suspend the Hime Notes to Hime Tokens exchange feature.

We cannot be held liable for the loss of trading opportunities resulting from market fluctuations specific to cryptocurrencies and the resulting system constraints except in cases where the loss is directly attrituble to our company’s negligence.

3. [New Feature] Implementation of Exclusive Trade Shop “Hime Notes Shop”
In light of the market volatility risks mentioned above, we have implemented the following new feature starting today to ensure players can continue to use Hime Notes up until the final day. Opening of the Exclusive Trade Shop “Hime Notes Shop”
We opened a new shop where players can exchange Hime Notes for valuable training materials, limited-edition items, and more.

We created this shop so that players can continue to have fun alongside the Killer Princesses up until the very last day.
We hope you will take advantage of it.

■ Handling of NFTs

The Killer Princesses (NFT) that you have raised with care can be transferred to external wallets until 7/30/2026 (THUR) 15:00 (JST), when the service ends.
Even after service ends, players will still be able to hold the transferred NFTs in their wallets, however transferred NFTs can no longer be utilized within the game.

Although there are only two months left, our team is committed to doing everything we can to ensure the best possible experience for players in the time we have remaining.
