The prepaid payment instruments “Paid Lazuli,” “Free Lapis,” and “Paid Lapis” issued in “Phantom of the Kill -Alternative Imitation-” will be discontinued as of July 30, 2026, the date of service termination.

Accordingly, pursuant to the Payment Services Act of Japan (Article 20, Paragraph 1), we will refund the unused balances of “Paid Lazuli,” “Free Lapis,” and “Paid Lapis.” If you wish to receive a refund, please submit your request within the refund application period stated below.

  From Friday, July 31, 2026, 3:00 PM to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 3:00 PM (JST)
• Please note that if you do not apply within the above period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  
  
  
  ＜How to Apply for and Receive a Refund＞
  
  Please submit your application within the above refund application period via the URL of the Refund Application Site, which will be announced on the official website and other channels at the time of service termination.
  
  Please note that the following three items are required to complete the refund procedures: your “Player ID,” “Player Name,” and “Email Address.”
• If you uninstall the app, your “Player ID” and “Player Name” will be lost. Please do not uninstall the app until the refund procedures are complete.
